These are things I've developed that save me time or help me structure my work. Maybe they will help you, too.

This page is under construction. I need to research how to set up a download. In the meantime, if you want these templates, use the contact page to request them.

Logic Model Template

I use this WORD template whenever I'm working with a client to develop a new program for a grant. I develop it as a stand-alone document, then add it to the narrative or appendix when I'm doing my final formatting.

Save it as a template to use over and over again.

Proposal Review Form

Every point counts, so prepare this form when you begin an application. Then have the team members complete it when they read your draft. Their responses will help you strengthen your focus on the the key points the evaluators will judge.

Generic Memoradum of Understanding

Collaboration makes it possible to do great things. But who will do what and how the dollars will flow can cause implementation headaches if agreements aren't reached during the planning stage.

This is a pretty simple generic agreement, but it helps me remember the things that should be included. It prompts my clients to have the necessary background conversations with their partners. It saves some formating time, too.
