Facilitating the Process - Under Construction
Many of my clients ask me to facilitate the development of a grant application. What does that mean?
I relieve their staff of the burden of organizing the team and tracking progress. I organize the tasks, develop the schedule, keep things moving.
Staff develop the program -- after all, they have to implement it. They know what will work. But I carry the administrative burden.
